The employees were all nice while we were there, I'm not sure what negative experiences people have had but none of it was evident to me.
I was there a week ago and the employees were all nice to me...odd maybe because it used to be something else before Great Wolf bought them maybe?

We were there last week and the employees delivered 5 star service. Some amenities were closed due to staffing shortages, but the employees that were there were great!
