No there was nothing that you could make reservations for as hotel guest, not sure for day passes
If you book a room, the water park and arcade are part the reservation. You have to book a day pass (for a specific day) if you only want the water park.
When you make a reservation to stay the night the water park is included. All other attractions are extra.
I think you can get a day pass for that but it's $60 and includes waterpark.... I just said at least a private toilet and got a room
