I just had $900 damage on my brand new car as a result of their faulty equipment. They will not return my phone calls either. I will try a couple of other avenues before I get legal assistance. Upgrade other ways before

Good luck, sign up front saying "not responsible for all aftermarket parts" I had a different drive through car wash rip the cover off my 2012 one ton mirror, the manager watching it happen and would not do anything and that was a stock part. Again this was a different place. Worth stopping in to see if they will do something.
