Questions & Answers

I was heartbroken to see the hideous thatched roof on Earl Young's original stone cottage, does anyone else feel the same?!

Hello Robin, we feel that a majority of the people who knew what the house looked like prior to the thatch roof have the same sentiment. However, the remaining Earl Young homes on that triangular block are now part of a Local Historic District. Owners must get approval from a board of directors before they can make alterations to the houses that would affect their current exterior look and footprint.
