Let’s contact them!! They won’t do anything I have complained and complained and put many maintenance requests and they never come and then don’t answer the phone. Pathetic

I terminated my lease but if you are still having to deal with the issues there contact the Division of Consumer Affairs, I think they are based in Nashville, and they will investigate. I received a letter recently that they were still looking into this. Also wmc action news 5. I contacted the real estate missions and they are the ones who got me in touch with Consumer affairs for these kinds of issues. I can't imagine just changing the name and painting half of the apt outside has made any difference in the way they run things there. They wanted me to stay since they were updating appliances an all that but what good is that when your living in terrible conditions. I pray y'all are able to get out of that mess!

My bathroom door is falling apart and they improperly repaired the carpeting I've cut my foot on the stairs and hallways with carpet tacks the carpet gets picked up with the vacuuming
