I do not know. Should be REAL SERVICE dogs at all businesses.
In speaking with other event organizers, it is my understanding the fairgrounds management wants to prohibit dogs.
Not sure, go to site or call to find out, I remember seeing dogs, but might have belonged to vendors. They were kept on leashes & don't believe public had access to them.😊
