I heard that the lake is down do to working on the bridge , can you still put a boat in and fish.

No fishing or boating allowed right now. Won't be until the lake refills. The lake is actually dry and you can walk around in the bottom of the lake. Pretty cool. There is shore fishing at the spillway though.
