Is there absolutely any water in that park EXCEPT for the salt water in the bay and the bottled water they sell at the shops? This park should not be associated with water park listings.

Maybe they mean on the water. It is waterfront. It is a nice little park where you can sit in the nice swings that face the water and mellow out.
