Maybe cuz Samantha isn't available to hold it down anymore. I don't know if she still works there or not, because I can't get them to answer either but what I do know is that under a year ago when Samantha worked there she was answering the phones and handling everything diligently. 😶
You can text or email them. If I dont get an answer I'll just go down when they are open. Been taking my animals there since 2012. Are the shot clinics still Thursdays and Saturdays? I don't remember the times.
They are always crazy busy, they don't hire extra help because they want to keep costs as affordable as possible. They do their best. I've been taking assorted pets to them for 15+ yeard and never been in there when there hasn't been a line out the door. They are constantly dealing with and trying to work things out for people who need help but can't pay. They aren't messing around, just insanely busy - especially on low cost vaccination mornings. It would be nice if they had a better system for leaving messages though.
I agree! I’ve called 3 days in a row with no answer to get my dogs medication refill. Then I decided to finally drive down there and they are in a 3 and a half hour meeting. It’s ridiculous.....
