Yes, Priscilla... They are open 6days/week. Be aware, that Wednesday and Saturday are low cost vaccine days so it gets crazy. Try to be there by 7 or 7:30am, at the latest. You'll have to wait but it won't be as long as later (which can be up to 4 or more hours). Calling is a challenge. I recommend that you start calling when they open. Just keep hitting redial . Don't wait between call backs. The staff is awesome but they are swamped! So, once you do get through, you may be on hold anywhere from a couple of minutes to 30+ minutes. Don't get frustrated and DON'T HANG UP!!! Just be prepared because they will come back to you 🙂 If you live reasonably close, I'd go in and make an appt.; doing so eliminates a lot of waiting (unless for shots...those are 1st come 1st serve). Best of luck. But know, Dr Majors is awesome and so is the staff. They're under so much pressure yet they remain calm & collected & they treat our babies with so much love...so it's worth the wait
