Usually dishwashers and 'busboys' are young. In all restaurants, if your job requires a knife you have to use, that usually means you have to be 18.
We have specific positions available for 14 and 15 year olds. Some of our positions do require you to be 18.
Best bet would be to call the restaurant and ask. It's a great place so hopefully it's a fun place to work too.
I would think 18, but it may be younger for the takeout section.
