Are you able to walk around to see the garden lights and gnomes or do you need to stay in your car?

Have to believe you would walk. Most of the garden paths cannot accommodate vehicles. We saw them putting up the lights a month ago and they were nowhere near any kind of vehicular road, nor are the gnomes close to any road.

I think Jane was asking about the Gardens Aglow event. For that, a shuttle driver told us a few weeks ago that you stay in your car.
