Can u sell houseplants at a flea market, or do u need a special permit

Yes plants that go there..very nice. And where your in the flea mkt...no permits..that's provided by the owner

You do not need a special permit to sell plants, I provide the required permits for all people that rent a table at Riverside Flea Market.

I think you can some people do I don't think you need a permit
