It's perfect for a picnic. It's pretty spread out, so you can usually find a secluded spot to chill. There's a covered area with picnic tables, and I belive, built in grills for BBQs. 🍖

Absolutely. Be aware of others, though. Summer is when the folks come out who need mental help. Someone was stabbed on 13th and Washington in June. Granted, it was at 4 am. But still. Just be aware.
