Yes, often hosts are still up, but no guarantee. You will need to pay at the fee box prior to setting up camp. However please know at Schroeder the restroom and shower building have a locking handle, you would need to see a host before dropping your payment in the lock box to get the code. The day use restroom is open if you are in too late to get the code.
Every time we have stayed there a pleasant host has been there to greet us happily. On the strange chance that a host isnt available, there are envelopes at front gate to pay.
