Us cellular has service there
Not sure about the internet! But spectrum is my carrier and it worked fine for my cell service!
Verizon was fairly good, we could make calls and text, not sure about using it as a mobile hot spot tho.
Att and it wasn't soo bad.
Depends on carrier. Verizon can be spotty.
