Do you have to be a member of the resort to stay there with an RV? Is this like a timeshare resort? I would like to stay there on the date 11/1 To 11/ 3 or 4 but im not a member

No, it's not a timeshare resort. We've stayed there a couple times this year, great location and facilities. I believe if you're a Good Sam member, the 4th day is free, if you stay that long. A little on the pricey side, but again, great location.
