No age limit that I know of... i had a similar rv as yours and i had it here 2 yrs. As long as its in good condition and looks good.

I don't believe they do. Lots of people there long-term. Saw a few older ones when we stayed in August 2019. Great people.

I don't believe so. I've seen a lot of older campers at Haskins Creek. Give them a call if you'd like to be in the safe side.
