What is the monthly rate if you stay year round ? And what is included with that? Also do you normally have site available or should they be reserved?

Its 425 I believe a monthly.and it includes WiFi,water, electric,and it has a bath house with a laundry room that is well taken care of.and alot pf extras. It is an awesome place and they people who own it are really cool.and i would call ahead just to make sure he has a lot available

425.00 per month and it includes the electric.... I stay here and it is very nice and maintained.... Laundry room showers 3 fishing ponds cautch and release only .... The owners are very nice and other tenants are also....

I would advise you to reserve a spot. Been coming to Hawkins for 4 years. The last time they only had tent sites so we will be reserving a spot for our future visits.
