Some attractions are closed which can vary from day to day. For us the water park was closed and the boat cruise. The restaurant had very minimal offerings and is pricey for what you get. Much better pre-COVID.

That depends on what you mean open to the public. So covid wise there is nothing that seems to be closed due to that. However a few things are out of order like the boat ride is not working because the motor is damaged. Some parts of the safari are not open to the public due to safety reasons.
