This is actually a state forest. Fee is $14 per night, paid via drop box. Vault toilets and water available. Picnic table and fire ring.
Its a MN state Forest campground. Site #18 is the best site.
I'm not sure Alysia comment is accurate. If it is a state forest campground you do not need a state park sticker. It is monitored and managed by Tettegouche SP but a state park sticker is not required here IMO.
You have to have a state park pass to be able to stay here. Day use is public but over night camping you have to have the pass.
