Is the Otter Creek Event Center shows always outside? Or do they have a secondary place for shows during the winter?

Otter Creek Event Center is inside. It is part of the casino facility. The closest entrance would be thru the semi enclosed parking ramp attached to the casino. The valet uses 2nd floor of that ramp. Ground floor is for patrons to park. There are numerous handicap spots and parking for the elders of Fondulac nation.

The very large room is inside the Casino.
