Front desk have to learn need proper training how to be polite and welcome all guest without predudism.Its very unprofessional the way they talk and the way they present..Chitchating like they are on break like.

Pre dud ism. Is this a state before you become a complete dud? Lol and Lord forbid the employees enjoy each other's company during their mundane shift.

I have always had stellar service at Black Bear. The staff are delightful.
