We were able to walk in, but there is always some kind of line or wait time for main events (bowling, lazer tag, the climbing). They do allow you to reserve a spot from their app I think. The arcade is always there though to kill time and you can load cards with kiosks if you have them. Otherwise, you'll have to wait for the front desk to get one and load it.
They do take walk ins you just have to stand in line and also have id or you want get in. It took about 20 minutes to het in. Everyone must have a mask inorder to come in.
