See "Oconee State Park" for the park hours (usually 7am-7pm). This is the Oconee National Forest which is different.
If you are asking about the eagle monument, it is always open but it is not recommended after dark
fs.usda.gov has the updated information for the park. I suggest using this because there are certain parts of the park that are closed right now. Have fun!!
