Very pleasant front desk. Exceptionally clean. Best breakfast many selections quality food. And great price. My husband was so happy he joined the rewards club and got an even better price.

While the staff was polite the property is in need of a deep cleaning and some basic repairs. My room was dirty, damp, & I had to request toilet paper because there were literally 4 sheets on the roll. There was hair and food debris in the refrigerator & the microwave reeked of rancid soup.

Wish there had been something closer to Madison historic district. My guest wanted to pay for the weekend and gave them her card. The room amount is still pending on both accounts, mine and hers. Got to the room and there was left over food in the refrigerator. There were no bags in the garbage cans, the toilet paper was not ever unwrapped, and the tub was dirty. The pool was dirty and I found a rusty nail in the shallow end. The gym smelled horrible couldn't even use it.

I'm not at all sure how all the other reviews are so positive. The hotel.was dirty floors stained and filthy, all of the doors were so dirty it looked like someone splashed mud all over them. Elevator seemed as if someone spilled a drink all over the door and floor which was sticky like a dive bat. Our room had a slick coat of grime over everything. Om give g it 2 stars instead of just one because the beds were clean and there were no bugs. We didn't brave the breakfast food or coffee. Overall gross and if I hadn't prepaid I would not have stayed.
