I saw a dog there the last time I was there and the waitress brought water for him . However, it might have been an Emotional support animal .

I'm not sure. It is an outdoor place so I'm sure it should be fine as long as the dog is well behaved

I've been there only once so I don't know. It seems to me that if no one notices the dog because it's so well behaved, it might be overlooked.
