I am always answering phones and helping as many customers as I can while putting away freight. It's not an easy job.
No comment on that! They do have great merchandise. No excuse for not answering the phone!

Customer service is a lost art
Everytime I go there their customer service has been lack luster.
When only 3 or 4 people answer the phone and there are 6 to 7 customers per associate...some times patience is a virtue. Try online...they will show you stock of items. I do know that they wont tell you stock of guns over the phone
Its been crazy busy lately..be patient and kind... they'll help as soon as they can
Well mabye they were using the bathroom or they were helping a different customer
