Grandville Trailer is now my go-to for all of my trailer service needs. While cosmetically perfect, my boat trailer had not been maintained mechanically by the previous owner. Grandville Trailer did a complete mechanical overall including LED lights, new wiring, new jack, a modified coupler, and a full electric brake conversion. The guys at Grandville Trailer have been great. There were patient and helpful as I asked many questions via email before we ordered our trailer. When I went in to pick up the trailer several weeks ago, I arrived shortly before they closed for the day. It was then that we discovered that the wiring on our van had some issues. They were extremely helpful in helping to troubleshoot and replace the defective parts, even staying an extra hour after they closed to make sure everything was good to go for the drive back to Cadillac. Since purchasing the trailer, I've had some questions for them and the great customer service has continued since then. I would highly recommend Grandville Trailer for your trailer needs.

Found a trailer that I liked on their web site and emailed them some questions on prices. They were quick to respond with pricing on several models of the trailer I was looking at. Went to there business and Salesman showed me around the lot and I purchased it that day. Had a few questions that I emailed them the next day and the response was very fast. Great service so far
