Does anyone see on their site where to complain about very bad service ? I called Customer service and I basically gives you options on your order and where to track it .

Go to their website home page on bottom left under about us, find retail store survey click on it and fill it out

They also have surveys at the bottom of the receipts if you purchased anything, you can use that receipt to give a negative or positive feedback.

Give them a bad review on here and most likely someone will reach out to you, last thing they want is a bad review from a local guide because it can only be removed by the postee
