Its going to cost you$16..... Once you pay that..... you will have the ability to visit All State Parks.... which is crazy, cuz you could of just payed the$11 or $12 when you go and re-new your plates at SOS... And thats a sticker that you would place on your plate... I do believe

Eugene is absolutely correct. If you're visiting from out of state you're get a sticker for your front window for $16 that lets you into any STATE park and if you're in-state it's really the best bet to pay the $10-11 every year. It's literally just your current plate tab but with the letter "P" stamped in the corner.
