Can't help you concerning cabins or fishing. The lodge is on a hill over looking the Ohio riiver. You might call the lodge for answering your questions.
No cabin's or fishing spot's that i am aware of, there are shelters for picnics.
When i drove through, i didnt see any cabins to rent. Only saw the lodge (hotel). As far as fishing..Indiana residents arent required to have a fishing license. On all other days, only youth (age 17 and younger) and a few other special anglers are exempt from the license requirement.
There are no cabins in Clifty Falls. Yes there is fishing allowed and yes on a license.
No cabins no fishing but have fishing at hardy lake and Versailles
N0 cabins at the park, camp sites only

There aren't cabins, just a hotel and campsites for RVs and tents. There isn't anywhere to fish in the park.
