Any. They would enjoy any of them. Maybe the ones in the creek when there is water and it is warm, would be more fun for them, but I'd take kids on any trail.
Depends on how well your children do on normal hiking trails, but from my experience, the more miserable you are, the more they are. At that age, you just have to make it fun for them. Try identifying plants and birds and bugs. That usually helps. Anything to keep their attention directed away from the pain in their feet. LoL
My sister and I went and had my 12 year old daughter and 3 year old nephew and they both loved it.
We hiked all of them with twin 6 year olds and they had a blast
