Everything is open, swimming , playgrounds ect are at your own risk. They do have hand sanitizer out side the bathroom doors (non shower bathrooms). My family was there a couple weeks ago and we had a blast it was a little crowded for the weekend but what campground isn't ..hope that helped
Yes everything is open And as long as you pick a site away from everyone and wash your hands after using restroom practice social distancing should be ok
