Opened by a pair of Greek immigrants, they begin each day with only the finest and frshest meat, vegetables, and fruits. It's nice to go to new digs and try new fare, and try to be Progressive in specific. But when you can't decide where to go, and you want the very best the very freshest of anything and everything that's ever been made in comfort food, you're going to go to Cleburne cafeteria. Far and Away the best and most consistently fabulous home cook meals, with ridiculous sized portions, I've ever had in my life. They've got to be the poster child in Webster's Dictionary for comfort food.
