Does this restaurant really BBQ ?
Looking at the outside I saw no smoke stack spewing typical, copious billows. While inside I had now view of the kitchen.
The meal was nice, but I saw NO grill marks on any meat product.

They use pit smokers.

I think probably smokers are used instead of grills!
