Reservations are only needed for the private tastings with the food pairings.
It is a fantastic place to go whenever you need to. Closes at 8. It starts to get busy around 4. Most of the summer weekends they will have live music in the evenings.
Reservations are only required for the Wine and Food pairing tastings on the weekends.
All of my visits have been spur of the moment so I would say go for it.
