They charge by the HR or hour in a half. During the week days they do Apts until 12am weekends it's last schedule at 1am. Weekends are a bit more expensive than week days.

Oasis rents private hot tub rooms by the hour. They close around 2am. Very clean and nice. Not sleezy.
They rent them by the hour. You have to go there to use the hot tubs.
Its price is 1hour at a time. I believe.
They're not open 24 hours.
