Yes the water is down. Even when the main entrance is closed due to flooding or you have to detour and go in the Rt C exit and go into the casino the back way there is still plenty of the parking lot to park in.
Unless the water has gone down, that street was closed due to flooding about 2 weeks ago. Go to north end of casino and turn left on the street and go south all the way to the end of the car parking area. I pulled my RV there and ther was a semi next to me that night. Good luck at the slots
