It has crossing roads down the middle with parking and sidewalks on both sides of the streets. Easy walking. Hub stores on opposite ends of the main road.

Very very limited bus service. Monday- Friday only last bus departs Mercy hospital around 5pm and goes to Frisco mall. The closest the bus will get you to the promenade is right in front of slim chickens

No suttle it is walkable a lot of seating located around it. its like going downtown to shop before all the malls. Has everything everything from gourmet restaurants to local hot dog station and excellent candy and pretzel shop. its a very nice mall.
