Great staff, great lobby, great location, rooms are well maintained by superb housekeeping crew, but starting to show their age. For example, being room safe didn't work and the TV Would Still rocking the the pre-merger starwood entertainment pkg. On the plus side, it was good to spend some time with Mario Lopez again

Do not stay here. Room 230 incredibly noisy from the elevator, this isn’t the only review to mention it. Unhelpful from desk. It’s not on a par with other Aloft Hotels. I chose this hotel because it was lgbtq friendly, I did not feel welcome here.

Amazing stay!! First time staying in this hotel and I was very pleased. Beds were very soft and comfortable. Had coffee pot, cups, plenty of towels, 4 pillows to each bed, a gym, pool table and an amazing lobby. Altho they don't have breakfast they do offer many items in the lobby to buy as well as all the restaurants are so close go enjoy them. Staff was so polite and accommodating.. Rooms are alittle small but I have stayed at many hotels and I will say this is my favorite. It does have a 60s vibe which I absolutely loved as well.

Checking was great I love the mobile key and the ability to check in on my phone. The rooms are small but the space is well used. Our first room the air conditioner made a screaming noise so at 10pm we were changing rooms. 2nd room the thermostat on the wall didn't work the air conditioner unit the way it turns on and shuts off is very very annoying it woke us up every time it turned on & off. This was our first time in an Aloft and will be our last. The sheets are very rough, the bed isn't comfy and the pillows are very lumpy.
