The golf carts are covered, so you could go ahead and continue if it is just a sprinkle or mild rain.

The cart is covered but getting out of the cart to explore is one of the best parts, that would be hard in the rain
If it's too bad, they're going to cancel it anyways... But if it was me I would rather for it to be dry to enjoy it.
Take your raincoat. Also, the cart has a sliding top. You will go under a waterfall and get wet anyway. The company will stop rides if the weather is bad. Call if the weather gets worse to see if they are still running.
We got out of the cart many times. I don't think it would be as much fun in the rain. I would probably cancel.
Just cover your cart, you will be fine.
