Hello my name is Phil. I would like to come down in January to catch a Brown Trout on the river. Hows the fishing and can i make to river by foot. Im alittle handicap but can walk some. My goal is 1 Brown. Important would like to stay 2 nights

Camping at hidden valley outfitters would be no problem for you. They have easy access to the river but I'd take the advice below about getting a guide to catch some browns. Good luck...

Probably your best bet would be to hire a guide to help get you on the browns. Rainbows are plentiful, but the browns are a bit more wary. Good luck!

the Browns are there, and they run deep, there are a lot more Rainbows there, u can fish the river in Hidden Valley with good access to it by the boat ramp......lots of river rock there.... the owners and staff are helpful and great people...
