Fish bowls at Pelletiers much better the chief is very informative and will answer any question you may have. The reservation are made just so they know how many fish he makes usually a half hour before hand is ok on a slow nights
They have fish boils 7 days a week in summer and fall. Reservations are recommended.

Yes you do need to make reservations but I would go to the old post office in ephraim. Much better overall experience there!
