Not on the beach itself, but up near the tree line there is definitely shade.
It's a Michigan State Park, of course there is trees with lots of shade It's what we're notorious for in the states
Camp sites have LOTS of shade, it literally looks different when you leave the camp area because your used to being under the tree canopy. Most of the trails are in the woods. Beach is wide open and sunny.
There are shaded trails. Beach is not shaded. There is a small area for sitting near the beach that has partial shade.
There is shade up the dune in the treeline
Beaches dont have shade. Just sand. Bring an umbrella.
