At 4:40 today sunday April 15 my wife and 2 other females were in the ladies room at the rest area, when a man came into bathroom and waited while each finished peeing and went into each stall one at a time to change the toiletpaper. ????

Let WSP know about this. State attendants close the bathrooms while doing cleaning and maintenance.

I've never seen that happen & I've been in rest stop bathrooms when they came around to clean & refresh the paper supplies. Definitely call the state patrol with as complete a description of the man & his automobile as possible... hopefully, with his vehicle plate number. That is NOT how they resupply the TP!!!

My...Be happy he waited! It's a common practice in third world countries I have visited, only there, they are usually taking it!
