"Limited" sites are power only! Online does not explain water availability. They are not likely to refund any over booking so book for the minimum people on sites and forget extra vehicle. The sites are small and just below a busy road. Women's showers are confusing and adjusted with vice grips rather than handles. Best part about it is convenient location, near a store and just out of Leavenworth.

So disappointed! We have stayed here many times in our visits to Leavenworth. The park apparently has new owners, and are obviously wringing out what they can without any overhead. No maintenance, no water at the water and electric sites, trees hanging down obstructing the spaces. We'll be going to KOA from now on.

Visit many, many RV parks. My rating is on 8 things, and since I work form home, these ONLY relate to my personal rating scale. 1: Internet- So-So. Good for working, but not good for streaming. 2: Cost: Good, only $40 and worth it for full hook ups. 3: Noise: We were in middle, but could hear the noise with the main highway next to campground. If we have had one next to the road, I would have rated it lower. 4: Space: Pretty good. Spacious between each camper. Nicely laid out. 5: Activities: Close proximity to Leavenworth (only 10 minute walk into town), and Wanatchee (25 min drive). 6: Management: Awesome and nice. 7: Bathrooms: Newer. Each one had at least 2 stalls and 2 showers. Enough to handle the amount of campers, they were clean and nice. 8: Laundry: No laundry All in all, would stay there again, nice campground. Loved how close it was to the downtown and Safeway was right across the street.

We really enjoyed our short "long weekend" stay here a few months back. Our site had full hookups and was considered "deluxe". The RV pads are compacted gravel and mostly level. The hookup pedestal was in fine shape with no issues with electrical or water hookups. Sewer hookup had a modern PVC/plastic foot operated cap and was in good condition. Our space had a nice, modern, picnic table and a fire ring. Due to its positioning, our site didn't have any neighbors next to us, so we had a lot of space and the site felt larger than it really was. The park is located right next to hwy 2, so be prepared for road noise most of the day and into the evening. The road is mostly obscured from the park by a stand of pine or fir trees, but the road noise was unavoidable and certainly not something that the park can control. While I like the park, it isn't a destination or resort park. You go there to have a place to park, hook up, and live. Leavenworth is the attraction. Bus service into Leavenworth can be had by crossing the highway at the light and going to the westbound bus stop near the hardware store. Or you can get some exercise and walk to and from the campground into Leavenworth. At a quick walking pace, 30 minutes, and you will be in the center of town. Staff were very friendly and they were always tending to their grounds. The campground is older, but is very well maintained. Restrooms were clean and well cared for. The restroom facility is older, as are most of the permanent structures, but again, well maintained with some active modernization. Provided WiFi is very good. Good enough that we could stream video in the evening. Cellular service in Leavenworth isn't bad either. A great stay in a very nice place. We will return.

We have a couple sites that could accommodate this size but we do not advertise them on our website due to difficulties in maneuvering. If you're up to the challenge, by all means, please feel free to swing through and check sites 13 and 14. Park layout is on the website towards bottom of the homepage. We are within walking distance for most. Please visit www.alpinervparkcampground.com for more information.
