No appointment needed. Less waiting if you avoid the first and last hour they're open.
They also wont take you if you're new and they are short staffed. No notice in that, btw.... so if you just drive 45 minutes to get there and they have call ins too bad for you
You don't, but you will need ID, proof of address, and about 3 hours for your first check up so they have time to ask some extra questions and take your vitals and such. The rest of your visit after that usually only take about an hour and a half.
