There is a rest stop on other side of hwy you can park overnight. Technically in Oregon you can park in rest areas up to 8 hrs(maybe more?) . I believe they even have rv pull up water fill station. I'm not rv so not sure but it's rv friendly rest area right across highway. Clean & safe & tucked back from highway with plenty room for all
