Yeah we can fix a Deactivated phone, but we can’t activate it. So if the screen is broke or it won’t charge bring it in. If the phone is flagged and can’t be activated there is nothing we can do.
If you own the phone. It wasn't a contract maybe but if it's a contract phone technical you don't own it so it depends on the situation.
Not sure what exactly you mean by disactivated but they open at 11am. Take it in.
